Personal data and purposes
When you voluntarily contact RevPush360 by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact details, and information you choose to share about your property or business. We use these details to respond to enquiries and, where applicable, prepare requested commercial proposals. We do not use a CRM to manage these enquiries. The hosting provider may process technical browsing data required for the operation and security of the website.
Legal basis
Processing enquiries relating to our services and preparing requested proposals is based, as applicable, on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Other applicable grounds may include performance of a contract or compliance with legal obligations. We will not use enquiries for unsolicited marketing campaigns without a valid legal basis.
Recipients and service providers
We use Outlook / Microsoft 365 (Microsoft) and WhatsApp (a WhatsApp/Meta service) to manage communications. GoDaddy provides our website hosting; technical providers supporting hosting and security may also be involved. These providers process or may access personal data according to their roles and applicable terms. Social media links only take you to external services if you choose to follow them.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract will be reviewed at least once a year. As a general internal rule, the messages and personal data relating to those enquiries will be deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless there is a justified reason to retain them, for example to handle a claim or comply with a legal obligation. Information relating to services provided, accounting records and contractual documentation will be retained during the business relationship and subsequently for any applicable statutory periods. The 24-month period is an internal RevPush360 retention policy, not a statutory retention requirement.
International transfers
Use of Microsoft 365 and WhatsApp may involve processing or transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, depending on service configurations and terms. Where applicable, safeguards required by the GDPR must be used, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Where applicable, request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability at info@revpush360.com. You may complain to Spain’s AEPD.
Contact via email and WhatsApp
This website has no built-in contact form. Email links open the visitor’s email client, and WhatsApp links open the external messaging service. RevPush360 processes information received through these channels to respond to enquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
